yes i think i follow the steps properly but how come everytime i run b3 that DB failed always appearing??and when i join my server there is no spamming of messages appearing btw how can i know if b3 is working properly?

First off, the db failed is the least of your concerns. B3 is crashing upon start up, although I can't say why without seeing your b3.log

Do you have a mysql server and database setup?

Please post your b3.log and b3 .xml (after removing passwords)
