Do you have Steam running,
Because, I never had this problem before i installed steam and MW3 on our server's team.

I stopped steam an i'm waiting to see how it works now...

All that error means is the mysql server has closed its connection/timed out.

This is somewhat normal if you use mysql hosted by your web provider.

B3 will continue to try and reconnect with the database.

If i put it on my own box, does mysql take up a lot of power? I mean will it slow my computer down, since I run 3 MW2 servers on it.
And what is better Xampp or Wamp?

And would windows 7 64 bit, be ok, or should I put in server2008 r2

Thanks

It takes a little power, but nothing noticeable on a good PC. Maybe 300mb of RAM? Less then 1% CPU? That would be for 1 bot, but 3 bots shouldn't take any more. You will have to see.

I like XAMPP
Windows 7 is fine.

A mySQL database doesn't use a whole lot of resources. What sort of box do you have your MW2 servers on?

Oh yea, you'll be able to run those servers and a database on that server without a problem.
