After you get everything installed and running right, what is the normal Response time for b3?
I mean once you start your database and game server, and you go in, should you be able to use b3 commands right away?

I read somewhere you may need to wait up to 5 minutes before b3 starts responding.

That being said, I have seen it in as little as 30 seconds. Depends on plugins loaded and game (ftp log connections take longer).

I have changed the logsync's to "2" on all 3 cod4 servers, but this comes up in the log file

'Forcing server cvar g_logsync to 1'

http://pastebin.com/0fwJhmgz

When I go into the game, it welcomes me, and tells me I am a admin, but if I type !b3 or !help nothing happens.

I see you are running promod 211.
promod does not do logging in real time. I know this because I run a promod server.
Edit the custom ruleset and set logging up. Then exec the custom ruleset as needed and it should work.

It is setup like this right now...

   // logging (not likely to be changed)
   setDvar( "logfile", 1 );
   setDvar( "g_log", "games_mp.log" );
   setDvar( "g_logSync", 2 );
   setDvar( "loc_warnings", 0 );

That looks fine.
Don't forget you need to execute that ruleset for the logging to take effect.
(see: http://forum.bigbrotherbot.net/general-discussion/promod-2-11/)
If that doesn't work you will need to seek help at promod support as that is your issue.

You had this in a post

Figured this out. After modifying the .gsc, you need to do a /rcon promod_mode custom_public for changes to take effect.

Where do i need to type that...??
