Hey.
When I start up B3 I get this error:

I just barely fixed this problem, ok here's what you have to do
in the phpmyadmin you have to allow your user to modify all sections of the database (b3) so you have to give specific permission to the database

I did that now and still doesn't work :/ Any other suggestions?
