Is there any special order that the plug-ins should be listed in the b3.xml file?
Also what would cause b3 the respond slow. I you type b3, it takes about 1 minute
to come up. Everything is running on 1 dedi server box

No there's no special order for plugins. About the latency in B3, please check http://wiki.bigbrotherbot.net/usage:game_configuration

well, it depends. The order in which the plugins are listed in the b3.xml will be the order in which the game events will be sent to the plugins.

If you add at the top of the plugin list a plugin which takes a long time to process an event, then that event will be sent to the following plugin only after the first plugin is done with it.

Also, some plugins depends on the admin plugin and as such must be placed after the admin plugin in that list.

if you set the loglevel down to 8 in b3.xml then you will see statistics in the b3.log file about how long each plugin takes to process events (this is done every minute). With that info you can pinpoint which plugin is slowing down the bot.
