Hi,
I just managed to install b3 bot. I used the win32 package. After installing, there was no conf directory in die installpath.
So i got errors when I started the b3run.exe, because it couldn't find the plugin config files. I took the files from python package and it worked.

I just wanted to inform you, I think you forgot to include the files?!
