Ive followed a tutorial to install b3 on ubuntu from here

ive gone through it and ive reached the 3rd page where it days "Let’s Stats Configuring the B3 Bot",
after that im stuck since the command which they say to do
"./b3_run.py -s b3.xml"
for me says permission denied
if i add sudo
it says "command not found"

can someone help me please ?

python b3_run.py -s b3.xml
instead
