open up your B3 config folder. You will find a file named b3.xml. This is your main config file.

If you have difficulties editing the b3.xml file, you can use the config generator

You need to know where is located your game server log file (either on your disk if you run B3 on the same machine, or how to download it on FTP)

If not:

<set name="game_log">http://ftp://-ftpusername-:-ftppassword-@-IP-/.q3a/q3ut4/games_mp.log</set>

(example for urban terror)

ok...i did finally get passed the games log thing. if i am thinking right, the AlterIW server software i am running puts a "console_mp.log file inside the main folder, where all the IWD files and my server.cfg is. i have directed the b3 to that folder and i get a step further. the prob i am having now is that when it goes to find admin.xml, it cant find it and this is required. so it errors out on me. i am guessing these files are supposed to made when the b3 is initially ran, as it ask for plugins that i wanted and i chose to install the admins, but didnt see it listed in any of the conf folders at all. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance!!!    Wink Smiley

You can comment that line out of your B3.xml, or delete it entirely.

Ah ok. I guess you're right. Smiley

Only thing I could suggest is a reinstall of B3 because it's obviously not installed right.
