I'm trying to install xlrstats onto my server, I have the sql stuff all done by my server provider. When I put this code in

<plugin name="xlrstats" priority="1" config="@b3/extplugins/conf/xlrstats.xml"/>

I get this in the B3 log and B3 doesn't work

I don't see any problem in the log you sent.

Have you created the xlrstats tables in your B3 database? Please give us more info on your setup.

I think the log is too short. This lines:
111124 16:50:40   DEBUG   'Register Event: Stop Process: XlrstatsPlugin'
111124 16:50:40   DEBUG   'Register Event: Program Exit: XlrstatsPlugin'
Don't mean that the plugin is not working;)
Restart the bot, wait for it to start, type in game !xlrstats, exit the game, and post full b3.log to pastebine
