Readmining is one thing to do, but remember, that if you won't force your ISP to provide static IP address for your server, then in BBB you will have a mess in echelon, xlrstats, B3 bans, and probably in other functionalities as well.

Oh the isp problem is alright for me since im not staying here for much long , probably goin back to ohio in a month for uni,
so its only a static ip problem and not anything else right ? i did it fine ?

that is deleting the current one and including a new b3.sql into phpmyadmin ?

Oh, there are many ways to do this:) But yes, deleting all tables and importing b3.sql again will do the trick.
