At the very least it looks like your rcon IP and/or port is wrong.

More than that and we would need your B3 log abd B3 xml, after removing passwords.

Here is server settings in b3.xml
You gotta remove your passwords before posting files. Also you need to post a FULL b3.xml and a FULL b3.log. Make sure your log level is set down to 8 in order to have a more verbose output in the lgo file

put "ftp://sdc2.netshoot.pl/91.234.217.6-28960/main/games_mp.log" in the address bar of your Internet browser and see if it suceed at downloading the game log file. Once you get it right in your Internet browser, copy-paste the correct address to your b3.xml file.
