hi

maybe someone can code or modyfie an existing parser for this really nice game with a big playerbase http://steamdb.info/app/251570/history/
it has rcon support via telnet and web and the playerlog log contains steamid/playername and ingamechat

maybe a dev can take a look i can spend some bucks if someone write an parser for this game

Could you provide us a log file showing events like people connecting/disconnecting and point our attention on the RCON support documentation (or some sort of documentation)

the complete logfile can be read in real time via web or telnet and commands can be send here, i think its a 2 way rcon i cant find documentation but as far as i know the query protocol is halflife source.

it logs both ingamechat and ingame console in realtime via webconsole and commands can be send via console here a log connect disconnect and ingamechat

i connect with the homefront parser via telnet and it reads some serverinformation correctly and writes the info in the database

As far as I can see this game became really popular (at least according to gametracker: right now I can see more than 600 servers and at the time of writing there are listed on the first page about 250 players online).

I guess I will investigate further. I saw someone discussing on a forum about an RCON tool being developed. I couldn't find any documentation on the RCON protocol they use and on the logfile been generated (or if the game engine push events on RCON). If someone has more information please post here below.

all commands are send and recived via telnet there are no special rcon protocol

send via telnet listplayersextended / lpe: gives information on each player (deaths, zombie kills, player kills, score, IP, ping), looking like this:
1. id=171, herbert, pos=(902.0, 61.0, -353.7), rot=(0.0, -91.4, 0.0), remote=True, health=32, deaths=2, zombies=0, players=0, score=0, steamid=76561108066968172, ip=192.168.1.58, ping=43

kick, ban etc there are many commands here are the full command list
