[Chivalry] B3 bot crashing server randomly [FIXED]

There is no errors in the b3.log. Everything works fine. But server crashes mainly between rounds but also randomly.

Here is the error I get.

Its a Chivalry Deadliest Warrior Server. B3 works 100%... Just making the server crash for some odd reason.

If you take b3 off... It runs fine. With B3 on... 20 min max into server start up it crashes the server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.


EDIT  by Courgette:
how to fix
- disable the !nextmap command by raising up the level required to use it up to 100 in the admin plugin config file
- remove the advertisement [email protected]' from the adv plugin config file
- restart B3

There is a bug on the game server that makes the game server crash when B3 displays what the next map will be.

If you set the log level down to 8 in your b3.xml there will be more details about the interactions between B3 and the game server.
Then restart B3 and wait for the game server to crash.
Write down the date time of that event.
Repeat a few more crashes
Then post here all your b3.log file showing what's happening right before each crash.

That could help finding the exact cause of this.

it looks like a bug on the game server side in the code that implements the rcon protocol. You should get in touch with the game developers and show them your game log

I have a post on there forums also about this problem. I hope they will get a fix for it.

- Are you running the normal game server or a beta version ?
- Have those errors appeared recently ?
- Do you have a way to trigger the error for sure ? (it might be when a player suicide, or any game event you could think of)
- When was the last game server update ?
- When was the last B3 update you made ?

-Im running the normal Game Server
-Yes, But I recently got it all setup and working. So its been from the beginning.
-No way to make it happen. I tried changing the map many times to make it happen.. But it did not happen. I thought it was from the map changes, but its not.
-I think its running the latest update of the game.
-It is running the latest Daily build that supports Chivalry "I think". Its from a hosting company. Both server and B3 are on the same box.

Ok did that. Here is the new log file. Don't see anything at the time of the crash. Had to split it into two files because of the size. Maybe you can see something in here. Thanks again for the help.

12:06 AM or 12:24 AM

It crashed at both them times. I think that is the correct log for that time.
