Hi all!

I have a little question...

I don't think that somebody knows this game but it's really funny.

It's a 2D Online shooter game and it seems to work over a q3console!

You can connect into the console over rcon and also setup little servers.

This is my configfile for a server.

My question is:
Is it possible to make a tw parser?

I don't think that you will put the parser as a standard parser but a privat parser for example...

If it's too much work don't do it.
Because I only want to try it and also post B3-Bot in their forum if you make the parser...

There is no guid available in this game. Identification of players using ip has proved to be not satisfying in the past.

What about with passwords? Isn't there the same issue with cod1? I understand bans won't work, but there probably isn't a banning system in place anyways.

guids in the earlier cod games were not unique from what I remember. So instead of relaying on a guid for authentication, how about a password? Sure, the ban function will be an issue as you can't id players reliably, but I bet the game doesn't have a ban function built in anyways.

I agree with Courgette.

Teeworld has no proper player identification method available at this point to adapt B3 to it.

It seems to be that the Teeworlds-Community isn't interessted in a parser for their game...

I already write that you don't have to do this.

But if you want to make in future a parser for this game, I can test it for you  Wink
