yes. A log file showing you trying to start the bot with poweradmin will help us find the issue.

Do you ever read your logs to see what they say and try and work it out for yourself?

Last few lines of your log:

Code:
111011 17:47:38 INFO    'trying external plugin directory : C:\\BigBrotherBot\\extplugins'
111011 17:47:38 CRITICAL        'Error loading plugin: No module named Poweradmin'
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "b3\parser.pyo", line 591, in loadPlugins
File "b3\parser.pyo", line 702, in pluginImport
ImportError: No module named Poweradmin

So it can't find your poweradmin.py file, make sure that it is in the extplugins folder.

Progress. The log nows shows a new error - something to do with the max clients set in the poweradminurt.xml.

Can you post your poweradminurt.xml please? Or search for max clients and post the value? Thanks

the problem must come from your server.cfg file

this line
Code:
set g_maxGameClients "12"

make sure it does not lack the " at the end (after 12)

Also I recently changed our max clients its a home server and i had it set to 12 to make sure it didnt get to laggy, but then i noticed its pretty empty so i increased it to 64 so i can attract new people by making them think its a big cool server Tongue

In all seriousness, your home internet connection probably cannot handle that many players. Unless you have an unusually high upload speed at home (say 10 mbit/s), you aren't going to be able to have more than 14 or so players connected to your server at once. I suggest you keep your server max clients below 20 to avoid any potential problems.

Not only upload speed matters. Handling more that 20 players causes very high CPU usage, and having not enough of power creates terrible lags...
