In the plugin_chatlogger.ini you can specify on which database table you want to log chats: add the following:

db_table: table_for_chats
db_table_cmdlog: table_for_cmds

As for Echelon, you would need to edit this file:
I think the fastest way is to hardcode the database table name for each server. Not a clean solution but it would work

Thanks Fenix, that worked like a charm. :)

The database setting in the .ini didn't do anything when I uncommented and restarted B3 though. I manually changed the table name in and everything worked great.
