unfortunately my knowledge of teamspeak is very limited. I basically installed teamspeak on my computer the first time in order to develop this plugin.

yes finally my host added the bot ip to the whitelist so the channels are now all created!!
but still a problem, no connections ..  Sad

It looks like the same issue as the first error we find in your log is still

it changed something the channels can now been created any ideas what i can do now? i ve already 2 teamspeak servers to test but both have the same issue now

Maybe try with another TS3 host. Perhaps you can ask another team/community you know well to let you try with their TS3 for a few days.
It would help to know if your issue is host specific
