Description:

This plugin can kick people of your server which are not registered in the B3 bot.

Conditions of Use:
You may not use this plugin for ANY illegal activity, this includes: running on cracked servers, illegal messages.

This plugin will not be updated by me anymore we have dropped the project, however it is fully functional last time I checked

min_level is for? avoid kick?
rate? rate for check. every 30 seconds?
duration? kick or ban? for 1 day?
denymsn is it the message before kick from the server?
