Description

This plugin force a player to switch into the given team/spectator.

It uses the /forceteam command by default, but you can customize the command used in your parser (see below).

Features

Switch a player into the specified team/spectator.

Usage

!forceteam <username/id> <team> - force a player to switch to the specified team/spectator.
!forcespec <username/id> - force a player directly to spectators.

This plugin is only a quick functional draft, because I really do think that this feature is so widespread and important that it should be included in the core admin plugin, if equivalent for COD can be found (for all the others it's ok).

For CoD, I didn't find (yet) but Im pretty sure such a command exists too. It's just a logical expansion of the "team" command.

So sorry, I still don't know the command to do this functionnality in CoD... Anyway, if you can provide me the command, it is very simple and quick to add it to the parser.

That's pretty weird considering that CoD serie is based on the quake3 engine.

Anyway, could you please submit a list of some mods providing such functionnalities please ?

For Those playing COD UO and perhaps plain COD, if you use AWE mod, you have the g_kicktospec command that you could use.

I will maybe update the forceteam plugin later to include more games by default, but I need at least the command that can be used in-game to force team switch to implement it in my plugin.

The link above has a few commands that due this.
!teams will immediately autobalance teams if they are unbalanced and you have the !teambalance enabled.
!changeteam <player name> will force player to the other team provided there is an open slot

This plugin seems very handy, but doesn't work for now, liike you said above.

The plugin is not working with Black Ops.  Tried !forcespec command mutiple times but never forced someone to spec.
