I  add a command to activate and deactivate plugin the time register members of the clan

new command

!tagprotect [on / off]

when tagprotect is off you can use !addct for register your clan members
when all members are registered you can activate tagprotect with command "!tagprotect on"

download -> tagprotect v1.2.3

I am trying to use TagProtect but am having an issue..  It allows me to add players and everything, and all the commands work, but it does not kick or ban anyone...  I have it enabled and everything, but it just sits there lol.  Any ideas?  Thanks for your help.

P.S.
I am using B3v1.6.0 (first tried it with v1.5.0; same problem) standard Windows installation; Zip archive and MySQL database.

tested with b3v1.6.0 no problem, it works

he ban or kick anyone, if anyone is connected to the tag protected  :)

how did you tested the plugin?
about yourself? or or another person?

you have activated the plugin with the command "!tagprotect on" or by editing the file "tagprotect.xml" ?

Yes I tested it with another person.  First I registered myself and another user, then had a third user enter the server (without being registered) while the plugin was enabled (I enabled it in the xml file and also used the ingame command; it told me the plugin was already running) and nothing happened.  I have it set to kick people instead of banning.  I will post the tagprotect.xml code below.

Code: [Select]
<configuration plugin="tagprotect">
    <settings name="settings">
<!--min level required for administration tagprotect -->
<set name="ctadminlevel">80</set>
<!--min level required to use the listclan command -->
<set name="listclanlevel">60</set>
<!--clan, team name -->
<set name="clanname">The Progressive Clan</set>
<!--clan, team exact tag exemple -[TPF]- -->
<set name="clanexacttag">-[pRo]-</set>
<!--clan, team secondary tag exemple -[TPF-T]- for test member-->
<set name="clansecondtag">-{pRo}-</set>
<!--clan, team approximate tag exemple TPF -->
<set name="clanapprotag">-(pRo)-</set>
<!--plugin actived on/off-->
        <set name="pluginactived">on</set>
<!--ban actived yes/no-->
       <set name="banactived">no</set>
        </settings>
</configuration>

Also here is our plugins section from the b3.xml (everything says it loads and runs correctly).

Code: [Select]
		<!-- plugin config="@b3/extplugins/conf/newplugin.xml" name="newplugin" -->

<plugin config="@b3/extplugins/conf/wideban.xml" name="wideban" />
<plugin config="@b3/extplugins/conf/aimbotdetector.xml" name="aimbotdetector" />
<plugin config="@b3/extplugins/conf/tagprotect.xml" name="tagprotect"/>
<plugin config="@b3/extplugins/conf/xlrstats.xml" name="xlrstats" />

*EDIT*
I am using it on cod6; is that a problem?  I don't think it should make a difference which game it is used on, but perhaps it does..  The main thing that is registered in cod6 is the "XUID", so I guess it is possible that the plugin looks at that (thinking it is the name), and since the XUID doesn't include the tag, it never kicks imposters.  What do you think?

can you post your file b3.log? when a person not authorized to connect with your clan tag

I do not think that cod6 poses a problem

I tried the "Pastie" site but it wouldn't give me a link (probably just didn't see it), so here is my b3.log on pastebin:  http://pastebin.com/UzkiX8Bf

I had -[pRo]-^3Slicer^7 join the server (he isn't registered) and he wasn't kicked.  The bot said it was running and enabled, but nothing happened..  By the way, do you have TeamSpeak 3 or something?  I would like to troubleshoot this but posts take a while lol.  If you could get on TS3 that should speed things up..  I also have RDP access to the box if needed (shouldn't be necessary but who knows lol).  Thanks for the help :)

Here you go: http://pastebin.com/Pc2tfUus

Player "-[pRo]-`zBandts" was in the server; no members have been registered and he wasn't kicked.  TagProtect found him and everything.

This is what it says now:

110601 13:39:23 DEBUG   TagprotectPlugin: TagProtect on
110601 13:39:23 DEBUG   TagprotectPlugin: TagProtect client : -[pRo]-pysch
110601 13:39:23 DEBUG   TagprotectPlugin: TagProtect Tag1 : -[pRo]-

110601 13:39:23 DEBUG   TagprotectPlugin: clansecondtag  :-{PRO}- - -{pro}- -- 0 - 0
110601 13:39:23 DEBUG   TagprotectPlugin: clanapprotag  :-(PRO)- - -(pro)- -- 0 - 0

*EDIT*  Why does it say "clanexacttag  :-[PRO]- - -[pro]- -- 0 - 0"?  Our tag isn't "-[PRO]-" or "-[pro]-", could that be why it isn't kicking?  Because we have a capital "R"?

I think I found the problem.  Check this out (at the very bottom): http://pastebin.com/Kf66w8xC

110601 13:52:23 CONSOLE 891:24 Q;01100001ce6e8ac8;3;-[pro]-pysch
110601 13:52:24 VERBOSE RCON sending (206.212.251.163:28985) 'say ^1pRo ^0Bot -[pro]-pysch^7 was kicked -[pRo]- TagProtect'
110601 13:52:24 DEBUG   Storage: setClientPenalty data {'time_edit': 1306950744, 'keyword': None, 'type': 'Kick', 'admin_id': 0, 'reason': '-[pRo]- TagProtect', 'inactive': 0, 'data': '', 'client_id': 77955, 'time_add': 1306950744, 'time_expire': 0}
110601 13:52:30 VERBOSE RCON sending (206.212.251.163:28985) 'status'

I had him change his tag to all lowercase (like "-[pro]-") and it kicked him.  Is it possible to make it kick when it is "-[pRo]-", with the capital "R"?  And any variation of the letters (like "-[Pro]-", "-[prO]-", etc)?
