Admin Plugin Source Code

Hey, I was wondering if there is a download here on the site or somewhere in the installer package for the source code for the admin plugin?.. Im a novice at python and it would help me in the creation of my new plugins greatly. I know i can decomile it and grab the code that way but i would rather not waste my time if its readily available on this site.. Thanks.
