is it possible to do with the B3 automatic certain settings on the client, when he join game server

example: game cod4. I want set this settings on all clients automaticly,  them to have low ping
/snaps "20"
 /rate "25000"
 /cl_packetdup "0"
 /cl_maxpackets "100"

Hi, B3 cannot run commands on players computer. only on the game server.

there is a possibility to do this...
theres something called CVAR ENFORCER... which can do this...
but im also searching for more infos about it yet...

still not found the right infos yet...
i'll report back when i found it ^^
