Black Ops config checker

I've been looking and so far haven't found what I need. I am looking for a b3 plugin that can sort of take the place of Punkbuster as in when PB would check all the cvars against a list and if the client settings were outside a preset setting a warning would be placed in-game. Has anyone seen such a plugin yet? We need it for BlackOps asap. Please Help!

Is there some sort of way to check these cvars with any tool currently out there or some command that is used? How would b3 run this check?

In the Cod4 dayz, the FUD Bind Checker did the trick but that tool can't support BO to my knowledge because of the lack of Punkbuster. So that tool is out. I looked at the logfile and don't see anything in there for client current cvar list. We might be SOL.
