I ask for a plugin to check abnormal scores (cheaters)

This may be a crazy idea but I couldn´t refrain from posting a topic on it, please don´t be so hard on criticisms xD

Sometimes a CHEATER shows noticeable high scores with respect to to the normal scores a player who is playing fairly can get. I noticed that watching the console: sometimes I see one player that triples or quadruples the scores of the other players, so I thought about having a plugin that, by the end of the round, checks the scores of every player, computes the average and the standard deviation ( or an equivalent figure), and then compares each score to the average score. If a player has a score far excedding the average ( exceeding the average times a factor of, say, 2.5 or 3 the standard deviation) , he is placed under watch and next time an admin is online, he´ll be noticed that that player is playing and may be cheating (as in the follow plugin).

May someone with knowlegde of coding be interested on putting this idea into practice? Just for fun? ( and killing two birds with one stone?)
