I tried setting it up myself and seemed to have made some progress but now it seems to be loading but map wont rotate and when I try !maprotate it just keeps restarting the first map in rotation.

Will attach b3 log, bfbc2mixedgames xml and a portion of the b3.xml to make sure I set that up right incase the problem is there.

I can't see anything wrong in your setup. Also I can't see why it wouldn't work.
I would need more b3.log to be able to check out what is going on.

If there is some way I can send the larger log file I can do that also if it will help....its showing as being 6.27MB

I finally got it to working, it had to do with the number of rounds, had it set at 2 but when I changed it to 1 it started working properly.
