Is there a plugin that would allow you to send another admin a message the next time that admin logs on to the server?

Say joe is an admin but isn't logged on right now and I want to give him a message the next time he logs in.

Is there a plug in that does that?

I'd put a !notice on the admin you want to contact, next time he logs he should see the bot warning the player has a notice (though all the other admins would see it too). Not really what you want.
