Currently, I work on a plugin to do a thing like that

templevel plugin
for temporarily change the level of a player ( a few days, a few hours or a few minutes )

command

!tlevel [player's name or id]
for know if the player has a temporary level

!tlevel [player's name or id] [group or level],[duration]
for put a temporary level to  player
example:
!tlevel player admin, 2h (for the admin level for 2 hours)
or
!tlevel player 20, 15m (for the moderator level for 15 minutes)
or
!tlevel player fulladmin, 3d (for the fulladmin level for 3 days)

!tlevel [player's name or id] [-u]
for delete the temporary level and remit  its original level to player

this plugin for test only (first version, possible few bugs)
