Man, you asked about this in three different places. Also I don't know if you are using some kind of translator or what, but your posts are difficult to read.

If you want to make your own plugins, read this http://wiki.bigbrotherbot.net/customize:start . And google for some python tutorials.

You didn't event write what this plugin have to do, and for that "P.S." you should thank, that anybody answered.
