My servers are English based.   When someone types !rules or one of my admins  goes "!r player", then rules are sent in English.

I'd like to be able to set something up where someone can type !rulesde or !rulesfr  (or !rules fr) to have the server rules sent to them in the language they indicate (so de for German, fr for French) etc.

I remember seeing this config on a COD World at War server sometime ago.

Looked through the plugins here and didn't see anything jump out at me and did a search and didn't find what I was looking for either.
