Allmaps changes the functionality of !nextmap and !maps for servers using the openwarfare mod load based map rotations.
The added functionality:
!maps low, !maps med and !maps high or !maps all to show all available
!maps and !nextmap now show the actual rotation if load based map rotations is enabled or if load based rotation is off.
