i try again now when i'm connect just write my name and number of play... no country.

ps:i don't understand priority i add priority but load in the same order in b3xml

According to the attached log file, the plugin is working

Maybe something specific to cod, can't help you on that, I tested on urt servers only.

I'm guessing here, but maybe cod doesn't show the messages that are written directly to the console.

I did a little change to see if works, but this is not the way I intended. At least in urt the welcome messages is show at the bottom, and the location in the upper left corner. With this change, I suspect both will be shown in the same place.

It's not showing last visit because of this:

It should work if you connect after 60' of your last connection.

last log in attached files..

i test yesterday with different player  from different country its ok write connected from etc...all round
and sometimes write last visit  count visit ( i think just for new becomer)

Check the flags setttings in your conf file:

who to welcome           
1 = welcome newb         
2 = welcome announce_user
4 = welcome first         
8 = welcome announce_first
16 = welcome user         
32 = custom greetings     
add numbers, 63 = all

The plugin relays on an external service for geo lookup ( http://ipinfodb.com ). Maybe that IP is flagged as reserved for some reason (ie government IP)
