It won't work with that version, you need to use the egg or source code version.

Starting B3: (error)
Code: [Select]

Using config file: conf\b3.xml
Using external plugin directory: C:\B3Server\BigBrotherBot\extplugins
Activating log   : b3.log
Connecting to DB : OK
Using Gamelog    : F:\Activision\MW2 Server\main\games_mp.log
Testing RCON     : OK
Loading Events   : 33 events loaded
Loading Plugins  : ...................220
Press the [ENTER] key

Here's my b3.xml
Code: [Select]
  <plugins>
    <plugin name="censor" config="@conf/plugin_censor.xml"/>
    <plugin name="spamcontrol" config="@conf/plugin_spamcontrol.xml"/>
    <plugin name="admin" config="@conf/plugin_admin.xml"/>
    <plugin name="tk" config="@conf/plugin_tk.xml"/>
    <plugin name="stats" config="@conf/plugin_stats.xml"/>
    <plugin name="pingwatch" config="@conf/plugin_pingwatch.xml"/>
    <plugin name="adv" config="@conf/plugin_adv.xml"/>
    <!-- <plugin name="status" config="@conf/plugin_status.xml"/> -->
    <plugin name="welcome" config="@conf/plugin_welcome.xml"/>
    <plugin name="xlrstats" config="@b3/extplugins/conf/xlrstats.xml"/>
<plugin name="contact" config="@b3/extplugins/conf/contact.xml"/>
<plugin name="dupename" priority="12" config="@b3/extplugins/conf/dupename.xml"/>
<plugin name="aimbotdetector" config="@b3/extplugins/conf/aimbotdetector.xml"/>
<plugin name="nickreg" priority="14" config="@b3/extplugins/conf/nickreg.xml"/>
<plugin name="superadmin" priority="14" config="@b3/extplugins/conf/superadmin.xml"/>
<plugin name="autoreg" config="@b3/extplugins/conf/autoreg.xml"/>
<plugin name="chatlogger" config="@b3/extplugins/conf/plugin_chatlogger.xml"/>
<plugin name="follow" config="@b3/extplugins/conf/follow.xml"/>
<plugin name="firstkill" config="@b3/extplugins/conf/firstkill.xml"/>
<plugin config="@b3/extplugins/conf/MoreSpam.xml" name="MoreSpam"/>
<plugin name="geowelcome" priority="12" config="@b3/extplugins/conf/geowelcome.xml"/>
  </plugins>

I installed:
1) geowelcome.py in b3/extplugins folder

It can be the current egg or source code version, doesn't have to be the 'bleeding edge' one, just not the complied windows version.

You should also remove the "priority= " parts from the b3 xml, they are no longer used. The external plugins readme files just haven't been updated to show that.

There are 3 ways to install b3... one is with a windows installer, one is with source code, and one is egg.

Did you use windows installer? Is so, then there is no way to use this.
