here are an plugin for punish the player
its called potion and command which you have to use is !potion >name<
acctually thats plugin which include:
1.Bigtext: >name of player who use potion< give an potion to >name of player who recived it<
2.slap player who recived potion
3.nuke player who recived potion
4.Mute player.
Its good for racis,bad language,cheaters,campers...etc
Its easy to add this plugin,its like for almost every other.
all that you need to write in b3.xml is:
<plugin name="potion" priority="9" config="@b3/extplugins/conf/potion.xml"/>
the priority number must be unique withing your plugin list.
and also put phyton file in extplugins and xml file in extplugins/conf
