Huh? Are you connecting to a altitude gameserver or a URT gameserver?
If it is urt, then you need to fix your b3.xml - I would recommend using this site to regenerate it.

Now your log is saying that it can't connect to the database server. Are you running wamp or xampp or mysql?

The problem is that you didn't follow any of the steps in the tutorial. I would suggest that you try again.

Oh, you have gotten all the help that we could give you. We have (numerous times) told you what you need to fix and you have responded with one liners about how you are not english.

To sum it up, your database is either setup wrong or you have the details wrong in your b3.xml. This is causing the failed issue.

Your game log is also wrong as 82nd pointed out as well.

I try to help, but you are not trying to help yourself, therby causing my efforts to be in vain.

Start it all over again. Do the manual step-by-step. If you don't understand single step, then don't skip it, but try to figure it out.
Also maybe try using MySQL as database.

We can't help you here with your poor knowledge of english. You might want to try asking b3 related questions on forum of the Urban Terror community of your country.
