I searched for a plugin that allow to control how many slots a server has.
then, based on that number, bot performs specific rcon commands.

does exist it?

what specific commands? different maps based on how many players? rotation manager...

Are for actual slot control, you could always use the makeroom plugin with automation turned on.

I need it for call a pause, send a pm to a player, spam a bigtext and close the server.
is makeroom doing these things?

I guess, to answer your question, yes B3 could do these things, but currently does not. You would need a custom plugin.

yeah, I think so. anyway python is a nice language to learn. my friend told me it isn't hard so much. really he does programs a little more small than b3 or its plugins.

If you modify it, you can....

At the very least, you could use it as a base... all you have to do is instead of kicking people when limit is reached, execute some other commands...

If you describe precisely what you want the plugin to do, I might be able to help you out.

EDIT: I just realized this was almost a month old, sorry about that. But I'm still willing to help if needed since this seems like an unsolved case.
