I masked my personal level with b3. I would kick a player but I saw other players knew who kick him. is there a way for avoid to display the name who kick a player; that shouldn't be for all the administrators.

Nope, when you do that your name will be mentioned in the kick line...
That is determined in the b3.xml config file in the 'kicked_by' message.

Well, other players - you can use private commands if the game supports it...
