Team kill plugin and "invading personal space"

Hello

TK plugin used with Urban Terror counts "invading personal space" as team killing.

Sometimes in warm-up map has too few FFA spawn points and we have invading personal space. That's ok - it's just a warmup. But probelm is that players get warning as it was team killing.
