Hey,

On some maps, there's a problem with spawns at the begining of the round - sometimes people got killed by telefrags. Most of the time it's team-kill. Maybe there should be possibility to turn off bot reaction to kill on telefrags in the iourt parser? Because that's what happened on my server today:

here is iourt41.py v1.11.2 which should prevent teamkill for mod_telefrag kills.

It would be nice if you could confirm mod_telefrag kills work good in your logs.

Thanks! It's so rare bug, that it might be hard to test it out, but I'll make people aware of this to notify me on such situations and also I'll search through logs for mod_telefrag.
