Couple of UrT and B3 Questions

Everything I have read tells me GUID is calculated from the players CDkey file and the server IP address ?  Is there ANYTHING else that could change a players GUID ?  I have a players whos GUID changes about every week .. My Server is a Fixed IP (fixed as inpaid for done by ISP fixed, not DYN-DNS "fixed") address and the players claims to not be deleting his CDkey file or using a different machine or reinstalling UrT

Also "just another confirm my understanding question" Smiley  as GUID in Urt is changable .. B3 BANs in an UrT config are done ONLY on IP address ??

(This assumption is based upon this - reply #10 in this thread http://forum.bigbrotherbot.net/urt/strange-guid/

Thanks

1) the GUID can be changed by the player by deleting the qkey.dat (or something). Or as you know by the server changing IPs.

2) B3 bans I thought were done on GUID unless there is no GUID in a game (but URT has one).

cool .. so no other reasons .. points finger to the player dicking around

thats what I thought until I found the post from xlr8or which implies Urt is done differently .. hence my confusion Smiley

final guid (as seen by B3) = player qkey | server IP | server port

some hacks auto change players guid to evade bans
some players delete their qkey file to evade bans

B3 bans by guid for UrT. There are plugins that also generate a ip banlist if I'm not mistaken (cannot remember which one)

Here you can see all UrT servers using B3 and the plugins they are using. That can be a good way to discover interesting plugins.

Is there any documentation for that page? Every time I think I've discovered all the cool stuff I can do with it I find out there's more wonderful fun stuff...
