The link in the download is missing a ":" after the FTP. I could not get it to download in Chrome.

Only after I changed it to "FTP://" from "FTP//" did it work.

What about CoD2 1.0? Will PowerAdmin support this version, which is actualy more popular than 1.3?

What exactly does not work on 1.0 for you? I had that plugin running on our 1.0 serv for quite some time without any problems.

The link is still broken, so i downloaded the dev version, but when i try to use commands like !burn !explode !force

They get the message, but nothing happens. so they will see : You are being killed, or you are being forced allies, but nothing happens

I have no clue how to get the poweradmin cod2 mod working so thats why all those commands do not work.

(atleast i found the problem after a whole day searching lol)

Its stock version 1.3 and I've added the zzzz_b3_svr_pwradm-stndlone-v#.#.#.iwd
However, how do i get it to work (with the server.cfg) ?
