I've finished a first beta version of the ioUrT parser for Urban Terror and B3.
I've also finished a first beta version of PowerAdmin for UrT!

A package is available to ppl who are running an ioUrT server and have full access to the serverbox.

A B3 bot must be up and running prior to installation of the beta package. I will not support normal B3 installation/usage issues, use the normal support sections for those issues. (http://bigbrotherbot.com/forums/index.php?topic=67.0)

Supported plugins so far tested are:
- censor
- spamcontrol
- admin
- tk
- stats
- pingwatch
- adv
- status
- xlrstats
- countryfilter
- poweradminurt

The PowerAdminUrT plugin adds auto balancing, namechecking and all basic UrT rcon commands for admins to B3. You will not need to give away your rcon pass to admins anymore, you can level each command in the config file.

I'll need beta testers to investigate:
- Strange B3 behaviour (unresponsiveness/lag/memory issues)
- Error reporting
- Multiple gametypes (autobalancer developed on TDM)

New beta uploaded with a modified PowerAdminUrt and a xlrstats.xml configfile matching UrT weapons.

* Fixed PowerAdminUrt to not auto balance in other than TDM games.
* Added !pateams command to support manual balancing
* Added !pavote on/off/reset where !pavote on sets the g_allowvote value back to what it was when switching off and !pavote reset sets it back to the value at bot start.
* Added vote delayer... you can auto-disable voting for a few minutes after a round start so ppl don't get to spam votes right after roundstart.
  (might want to add a vote counter to stop vote spamming in the future)

Hopefully the same kinda thing can be done as CoD4 (CoD4 will be using PB so should hopefully make life much easier)

Parser and PowerAdminUrt are updated almost daily. Check our repository at Twente University for last changed date if you need to update your files!
