Here's a quick guide to upgrade your xlrstats installations manually i.e. not using the installer.

• It's always a good thing to back up the whole xlrstats folder first.
• Backup statsconfig.php files located in xlrstats/config folder. If you have more than one, they are like statsconfig1.php, statsconfig2.php and so on.
• Replace the whole xlrstats directory with the new one you downloaded.
• Make dynamic and config folders writable by webserver.
• Copy and paste your statsconfig.php files into xlrstats/config directory.
• Remove or rename install directory
• Point your browser to http://www.example.com/xlrstats/index.php?func=cron That's the new process to generate awards files.

Now your XLRstats installation should be up to date!

why has my world map stopped working?  Copied configs over right, everything else is done right, geoip folder name is correct and in configs

and by that I meant it still opens, but the dots do not appear.  I do get the flags though in the player list.  http://www.okgam3r.com/xlrstats/?config=1

This is fixed in the latest version in my repo. If you don't want to update the whole webfront you can replace ./xlrstats/lib/worldmap/playergeodata.php

I tried this and it tries to load the world map but then I get a warning from Adobe about an unresponsive script.

Thank you, and I appreciate the care given to this.  Great program, b3/xlrstats runs great even with 64 people!! creating a 500 meg log a week

well, it worked for awhile i believe earlier.  Now its showing a HUGE dot and some people are not even showing up

Please update your database using "xlrstats-update-to-v2.0.0.sql" file included in the package.

it has quit working again, not sure why.  Have been trying everything.

Please make sure your database tables are upto date. Run xlrstats-update-to-v2.0.0.sql to make sure. Then try installing xlrstats webfront from scratch.
