i really really need help figuring out how to get my webfront connected to my database and the site going when i enter my database info it says cannot connect to the database if someone can help me it would be apreciated Smiley))  Cheesy

As Bravo mentioned, we need more info.

1) Are the MySQL database and xlrstats on the same machine?
2) Are you able to connect to your database with a different tool such as Navicat?
3) Are you trying to use the username "root"? Most of the time it is tied to localhost.

Please provide more information for more help.

xlrstats and database are on the same machine
i ahvent tried to connect to my database with anything other than b3
im using localhost
i put in all the info that i put in for my b3 bot to connect to my database but the webfornt wont connect
EDIT:i can connect to it with navicat
ANOTHER EDIT:well wat do i have to do besides do that setup anyway? the one on the site http://xlr.cosiestao.net/install/

You have a old version of xlrstats.
Try updating to this one:

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'TYPE=MyISAM DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8' at line 20
cant make the ctim sql table!
and i still get the same online installer

Well, what you need to do for ctime sql is edit with notepad, find and replace TYPE= with ENGINE=

You are going to have to be more specific.
Please clarify exactly what has happened? Have you installed the webfront completely or are you stuck in installing? What is the URL? IF you installed it before, did it work and now it doesn't? Or did it never work? And the like.
