In your log file there is no trace of such commands being issued so I guess you are reading the wrong log file.

Your rcon details are wrong:

Code: [Select]
140307 13:04:25 VERBOSE "RCON sending (127.0.0.1:28960) 'status'"
140307 13:04:25 VERBOSE 'No readable socket'

and I would try running the server from a location other than Program files (x86)

If you are running your server on your standard pc at home on windows 7 as it appears that you are, like 82nd said you cannot run your server from programs files(x86) folder.  Windows 7 is hard coded to not allow information to be written into the folder on a regular basis.  I would create a folder on you main drive like this c:\game server.  Then I would create sub folders and name them cod6 and b3.  You can then install the server into cod6 folder and b3 into the b3 folder.  That should take care of any write issues that you are having with logs and rcon.
