My current plan is to make the the Location plugin a subplugin of other geo plugins (like countryfilter, geowelcome), so also other pugins can benefits from the functionality of this one. This would require other plugins to be adapted by we have some plans regarding this. I can tell you more in the next few days/weeks.

Alright, I modified the plugin to fit your needs. You need, however, to run the latest B3 daily build: http://files.cucurb.net/b3/daily/
Then you need to install the Geolocation plugin: https://github.com/danielepantaleone/b3-plugin-geolocation
In the end you need to replace the old location plugin with the new one: https://github.com/danielepantaleone/b3-plugin-location

You can find plugins installation instructions in the README on github. You can the modify the plugin location configuration file at your pleasure, customizing the messages being shown in game with the usage of the provided variables: https://github.com/danielepantaleone/b3-plugin-location/blob/master/location/conf/plugin_location.ini

Installed very carefully and according to README. But don't know why the plugin is not loading & working. I typed !locate !distance !isp but not working. When I typed !help, non of those three cmd are showing. But the older version  of your plugin is working http://www.mediafire.com/download/cbol2vvg0fa854v/Location_Plugin.rar

Well, as ai wrote previously you would need the latest b3 daily build to run this plugin. It won't work with b3 1.9.2

Now I'm using b3-1.10.0.dev358-20150319-win32.zip 20-Mar-2015 00:15   11M  B3 for Windows
But still not working
I've copy pasted the geolocation folder inside b3-1.10.0\extplugins but b3bot says its missin.
Do I have to add anything in b3 config also for geolocation ?

Thanks for reporting this. It's very weird since I personally tested it. In the meantime that I fins a fix for the problem, you can load the plugin manually in b3 main config, without specifying a configuration file. So for b3.xml: <plugin name="geolocation" />

My bad, seems that there is a python module inclusion missing. I'm on a fix for this. Hang on ;)

Alright, version 1.3 should fix the problem. I tested it on a Windows machine using the win32 executable and I can confirm it. You can grab the new version of the geolocation plugin from here: https://github.com/danielepantaleone/b3-plugin-geolocation (make sure to remove the old version)

The plugin works with all the games but since it has been included in B3 1.10 standard plugins set, support for the plugin as 3rd party one is discontinued.
