Troubleshooting Weapon Modifiers (UrT)

I have recently added weapon modifiers for a UrT server.  
It doesn't appear that my numbers are taking effect in skill stats.
Here is an example from my xlrstats.xml
Code: [Select]
<set name="UT_MOD_KNIFE">20.00</set>
I set this to a very high number to compare it with other weapons set at 1.00.

Is there a good way to tell for sure whether the numbers are taking effect?

b3 bot is version 1.4.1 and xlrstats is version 2.3.

Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance! :)

Knives in UrT are not identified by UT_MOD_KNIFE, but with numbers. These are the lines that correspond with the knife in the config file:

    <set name="12">2.00</set> 
    <set name="13">3.00</set>


12 being stabbing and 13 throwing the knife. Also make sure you have any replacements in the section pointing to UT_MOD_KNIFE.
